Here's a little bit of what it's like at 'The Plate'!

Beer Stroll and Wine Stroll 2003
Downtown Tracy is the location of revelry and fun more than twice each year. But when it comes to events that bring out the crowds, Beer Stroll in the Spring and Wine Stroll in the Fall top the charts. This year we had the fun party band Going Postal at both of the events and what a time we had.
